It is more than just "Day Of". Starting three months out we come & take the reins. We take over all your vendor communication and take care of all the set up and logistics on the day of the event! So all you have to do is show up and party!
We help you from the very beginning all the way until the very end. We manage everything from the small details to the big details, all your fabulous vendors & everything else in between. We design and style every part of your wedding so that it is a perfect representation of you both and your love story. All you have to do is sit back, relax and wait to enjoy the most magical day of your life!
Please note: Weddings of 100+ guests taking place on Saturdays have a total budget minimum of $70,000

-Room Block Sourcing Team to handle all your hotel block needs for you and your guests

Getting Started:
-Initial planning consultation via video call, phone call or in person (our most preferred method) to discuss your dream wedding and truly learn what you want out of your big day
-In-depth survey to get to know you as an individual, as a couple, your wedding wants and needs and much more
-Custom online wedding planning database that is monitored by the Em and E team throughout the entire planning process, updated in real time, completely customizable and user-friendly!
-Researching and recommending venues if not already chosen
Budget and Finances:
-A full wedding day budget break down, keeping in mind your ideal budget and your wedding wants and needs
-Monitoring of budget throughout the whole planning process, updating when needed
-Payment reminders listed on the custom online wedding planning database
-Emailed payment reminders upon request
Checklists and Timelines:
-Custom wedding task checklist outlining the basics and extras for your wedding and when they are due
-Intensive wedding weekend timeline outlining the flow of the weekend for all events and everyone involved including rehearsal, vendors, photography schedule, day of timeline, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, brunch and any other timeline items for your day
-Curated timeline that is created to logistically make your day flow to perfection
Design and Styling:
-Complete wedding design and styling
-Custom wedding branding to make your day as unique and as special as your love story

Decor sourcing and access to our event decor inventory at no additional cost (if new items are sourced client will be billed for the cost of the item sourced)

-Managing all vendors throughout the planning process and day of

-One Day Of Coordination lead (additional assistants will be added if needed at an hourly rate)
